By purchasing and using the product, you agree to assume all risks associated with its use, including any damage to other items or products and any harm to yourself.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, email us at shopify@iohornet.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.

US Shipping only at this time. Please note if you use a Proxy service and the package is rejected or otherwise is not delivered you will be charged a 20% restocking fee + any shipping fees. All sales are final no returns or refunds.
