A Hornet is a high-efficiency dry herb Thermal extractor that uses small, heat-retaining balls (lab grown rubies) to superheat air as you inhale. The IO Hornet has taken that efficiency to the next level allowing you to use les flower.

Before your first use, heat the IO Hornet and coil adapter to 750°F for 10 minutes in a well-ventilated area to burn off any manufacturing residues (you may notice a slight odor, which is normal), then lower it to your preferred extraction temperature (around 520–640°F) and start using it.

The IO Hornet works with a range of accessories, including the IO Hornet 14mm Conduction Bowl, The IO Hornet Stinger, Clasic Dynavap tips, many 14mm injector bowls, even some 18mm injectors will work.

Optimal temperatures depend on your preference and material. For dry herbs, start at [e.g., 520–640°F and adjust based on flavor or density. Experiment to find your sweet spot! Just don't let the flower touch the metal from the head.

The IO Hornet heats up in about 3-5 minutes, thanks to its efficient thermal design. Direct 16mm coil will have the fastest heat up and recovery time between bowls, 20mm adapter is a good balance, the 25mm adapter may require slightly higher temps and recovery time (still a great experience though)
